Still, we realize that sometimes something can go wrong. For this reason, Natura Care has the following guarantee in place, which provides our customers with a guaranteed stress-free floor cleaning: If the customer is not satisfied with the Company’s service for any reason, our technicians will return to the customer’s place and re-clean to the customer’s complete satisfaction. You just have to email us and we will take care of any problems you might have with any cleaning we provided. Our guarantee is subject to a written complaints notice no later than 48 hours after the completion of the service.
