Prices are subject to change on any Specials and are subject to floor conditions and locations.
Any special will be discounted from regular price services and cannot be combined unless specified here or authorized by the office manager.
Our Flat Rate for any of the cleaning do not include heavy furniture moving.
Stairs and carpet protector application are already discounted at 50% OFF price and we cannot aply any other special to them.
Any free room or special is up to 100 sq. ft. when not specified. An area bigger than 100 sq. ft. is considered two rooms.
Sorry, specials cannot be applied to extreme stain removal on carpet cleaning services, nor indoor area rugs, unless authorized in writing by the office.
