We use a commercial rug duster to beat the back and front of the rug to release all the grit & fine dirt and dust from the rug.

1. In this 5×8 rug, the fine dirt, dust & sand filled a 2 gallon bucket, and could not be removed with normal cleaning. The process can take between 30 minutes to several hours depending on size and condition of rug.

2. Pre-conditioning and pre-spoting.

3. The best way to clean a rug depends on the type of rug, in this case we used hot water extraction.

4. We treat the fringes to remove staining or browning.

5. The rug is hang to dry on our dry rack with high volume air movement from top and sides for correct drying.

6. In the last phase, a cleaning specialist will give the rug a final inspection and release it for delivery.
